How many papers use DJA data, how fast that number is growing, and how many different people are behind them.
From a curated list, based on full-text search plus manual review. See methodology.
Every article above as an ADS Library: sortable, exportable (BibTeX and more), and with ADS's own citation metrics built in. This is a fixed list, not a live search. Synced manually roughly every 6 months; see methodology for the live, always-current search this is checked against.
Full-text search on NASA ADS for “Dawn JWST Archive” or the standalone acronym “DJA”, published or on arXiv since 2023. Each hit is scored from its highlighted context to separate genuine archive use from a person's initials or an unrelated match, then reviewed by hand where the score is ambiguous. Runnable example, reproducing the numbers above end to end: dja_discovery_example.ipynb. For the same search running live on ADS, false positives already caught excluded — not the fixed, hand-checked library above — use this link.
A paper can briefly drop out of the count right when it's published: ADS retires the arXiv bibcode for a new one, and the new record isn't searchable again for a few days. The script recovers it by matching title against the previous run, so the count doesn't dip. The curated library, a fixed list, never hits this.
